Sen. Brown Officially Takes MA Senate Seat
Thursday
VP Biden adminstered the Oath of Office during the swearing-in ceremony for Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA). Paul Kirk, who had filled the seat until a special election could be held, also gave farewell remarks. The seat was vacated by the passing of Sen. Edward Kennedy.
