P.M. Brown on British Troop Withdrawal

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown went before the House of Commons to detail his plans for the withdrawal of British troops in Iraq. He first made the announcement on Dec. 17, saying the UK mission in Iraq will end no later than May 31, 2009.
