Fmr. Sen. Norm Coleman (R) concedes the Minnesota U.S. Senate race to Sen.-Elect Al Franken (D) following a unanimous MN Supreme Court ruling in favor of Franken. The seat gives Democrats a 60-vote majority in the Senate.
