The Chairman of Royal Dutch Shell Oil Company endorsed a cap-and-trade system for controlling carbon emissions and urged greater emphasis on energy efficiency. Jorma Ollila is also the incoming Chairman of the World Business Council and the Chairman of Nokia. His remarks from the National Press Club last about an hour.
