The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported that unemployment rose to 10.2% in October. Figures from last month reported that the U.S. unemployment rate reached 9.8%. BLS Commissioner Keith Hall testified on the latest numbers before the Joint Economic Cmte.
