DOD announces review panel on Fort Hood Shooting

Defense Sec. Gates & Joint Chief of Staff Adm. Mullen announced a Pentagon review board to study the incident at Fort Hood in which Maj. Nidal Hasan, an Army psychiatrist, is accused of killing 13 people. Earlier, the Senate Homeland Security Cmte. reviewed the Army’s “warning signs” policy and how it was applied to Maj. Hasan.
