Combating ISIS and Protecting Minority Groups in Iraq

Iranian President Rouhani Swearing-In Ceremony
35 minutesIranian President Hassan Rouhani was sworn in for a second term at his inauguration ceremony in Tehran before a gathering of dignitaries from more than 100 countries. In his address, he commented on the nuclear agreement reached in July 2015, accusing the U.S. of not adhering to its obligations and urged Europe to defend the agreement. He vowed Iran would never violate the accord and would not remain idle in the face of U.S. noncompliance.
