Secretary of State Mike Pompeo declined an invitation to testify on President Trump's decision to kill Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani. Committee Chair Rep. Eliot Engel (D-NY) threatened to subpoena Secretary Pompeo in order to obtain information on the U.S. drone strike.
