Bob Menendez (D-NJ) should resign over bribery charges, which he called "troubling" and said "it's hard for me to see how the senator can effectively at this moment represent the people he's ably served for decades in New Jersey." When asked if that was a "yes" to the resignation question, he responded: "That's my answer."
