The justices heard oral argument for more than two hours in Trump v. This case began after a group of Colorado voters from both parties filed a suit to keep him off the ballot. They argued he engaged in insurrection on the Capitol on January 6, 2021, and therefore was not qualified to be president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
