Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) held a news conference to provide an update on his state's coronavirus response efforts. The governor announced he was imposing a mandatory, state-wide requirement that no business could have more than 50 percent of their workforce report to work outside of their home, however, the executive order would make exemptions for essential services.
