This hearing, held by the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, covered a variety of topics, including boosting confidence in critical election infrastructure, cyber security threats and preparedness, using artificial intelligence, voter education to counteract misinformation and disinformation, and state-funding needed to run elections.

He went on to blame the former president for the failures at the Southern Border, and later referred to President Trump as "a bitter, angry man who wants power back for himself." Gov. Christie fielded questions for more than 90-minutes from those in the audience on a variety of topics, including China, reproductive rights, and the debt ceiling.

He stepped in for Prime Minister Rishi Sunak who was in Washington, DC, to meet with President Biden. A variety of topics were addressed, including the government's COVID-19 inquiry, rail and transportation concerns, the cost of living, the mental health care investment, and economic investment.
