Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger addressed them by video, and the White House dinner was recreated in the library's replica East Room. The reunion dinner commemorated the 1973 signing of the Paris Peace Accords that ended the Vietnam War, and which was followed by the POWs homecoming.
