President Biden said it's time for Republicans to make a move after negotiations on the debt ceiling ended Saturday with no deal. The president added a bipartisan agreement cannot be reached if it's only on Republican "partisan terms." President Biden gave an update on negotiations during his closing news conference at the G7 Summit in Hiroshima, Japan. Other topics he touched on included a new round of military aid to Ukraine and an agreement for the U.S. to train Ukrainian pilots to operate the F16 fighter jets.
