New British Prime Minister Keir Starmer Delivers Remarks

He said, "our country has voted decisively for change, for national renewal, and a return of politics to public service. ... After his remarks, he and his wife, Victoria Starmer, entered 10 Downing Street, the residence and office of the prime minister.
