The DNC's Rules and Bylaws Committee held their second virtual meeting ahead of the 2024 Democratic National Convention to vote on convention rules. Among the rules are how a candidate for president and vice president is recognized, required qualifications, and how the candidate for president and vice president is nominated. Committee members also discussed and voted on proposals. The 2024 Democratic National Convention is set to take place in August in Chicago.
