The Delaware-based Alliance for Open Society International Inc. with international branches, receives such funds from the USAID. In 2013, the Supreme Court ruled that this requirement violated the First Amendment's free speech and expression. After the ruling, USAID continued its enforcement of the anti-prostitution condition on the organization's foreign entities.
